This page explains what data we collect through medici-lessons.com, why we collect it and what rights you have. We have written it in plain language, without unnecessary legal jargon.

Who processes your data

MEDICI school, Sofia, Bulgaria. For any question about your personal data, write to medicilessons@gmail.com or call 089 345 1348.

What data we collect

We only collect the data you enter yourself in the free consultation form:

  • first and last name
  • email address
  • phone number
  • message (optional) - if you choose to write to us

Why we collect it and on what basis

We use this data solely to contact you, answer your questions and book you for a free first lesson. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form, as well as taking steps at your request prior to entering into a training agreement.

We do not use your data for automated decisions, we do not sell it and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.

Who else sees the data

For the form to work, we use the following providers, acting as data processors:

  • Web3Forms - forwards the form contents to our mailbox.
  • Google (Gmail) - the mailbox where we receive the enquiries.
  • Cloudflare - hosting of the site; processes technical data such as IP addresses for security and page delivery.

How long we keep the data

We keep enquiries for as long as they are needed to contact you, and for the duration of the course if you enrol. You may request deletion at any time - write to medicilessons@gmail.com and we will erase your data.

Cookies

The site uses no cookies for its own functionality beyond the technical requirements of the hosting provider.

We use Google Ads advertising cookies to measure how effective our ads are - for example, how many people reached the form after clicking an ad. These cookies load only if you have given consent through the banner. If you decline, no advertising cookies are set and the site works exactly as normal.

You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser settings - the banner will then appear again.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • request access to the data we hold about you
  • request correction of inaccurate data
  • request deletion of your data
  • withdraw your consent at any time
  • lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), Sofia
